It is not allowed to enter the exhibition with: food, drinks, baby stroller, large backpacks, suitcases, motorcycle helmets, bicycles, skateboards or any other kind of transport with wheels. There is a coat check service available for €.2
Exhibition opening hours
Monday from 3.00 pm to 10 pm. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10.00 am to 10.00 pm. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 10.00 am to 11.00 pm. Last entry will be one hour before the closing of the Exhibition. Access afterwards is not allowed. These schedules may be modified per bank holidays or holiday periods. Check the calendar.
There is no minimum age to visit the exhibition. Children aged 3 and under go free but you must ask for a free ticket at the box office or information desk.
From 4 till 12 years old Kids can enter the exhibition with a reduced price ticket. A “Family Pack” is available. 2 adults + 2 children or 1 adult + 3 children (children: 4-12 years old)
Children up to the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.
Access to the exhibition with baby strollers is not allowed. These can be left at the coat check with no cost.
To ensure a pleasant atmosphere for all visitors, the admission is divided in half an hour time slots. It is necessary to access the exhibition at the chosen time and marked on your ticket. A visit takes approximately 1 hour. Accidentally missed your time slot ? In that case we’ll try to let you enter at a later time slot. On the condition that the capacity is sufficient, so be on time!
Food and drinks
It is not allowed to bring food and drinks into the exhibition.
The whole area of the exhibition is accessible to people with disabilities, whether walking or not.
A “Disability + companion” ticket is available for every day on the calendar. Price is €19,00 + booking fee.
With this ticket both disabled and companion can access the exhibition.

Would like to purchase a nice souvenir to take home? At the end of the exhibition there is a special shop with a wide range of Harry Potter merchandise.
It is permitted to take photos for personal and non-commercial use. But make sure to disable your flash! This might disturb your fellow visitors.
Go pro, selfie sticks and professional cameras are not allowed inside the exhibition.
